Water Service Interruption Notice

Elk Mountain Construction is back on site and ready to proceed with installation of the new flow meter. This is the last stage of our Water Storage Expansion Project. Water service will need to be temporarily shut off tomorrow, Wednesday, May 13, between approximately 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM while installation is completed.

At this time, we expect the outage to only last a couple of hours, but an exact shutoff time has not yet been determined due to construction logistics.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as these important system improvements are completed. Please plan accordingly and store water ahead of time if needed.

Low Capacity – Conserve Water

Our operators found a sensor issue that is causing the plant to not produce water and the storage tanks are critically low. Operators are working to troubleshoot the sensor and hope to be making water to fill the tanks soon.

Homes on Horizon Lane tend to lose water first so be aware if you have additional pumping systems. Please conserve water throughout the morning and early day.

UPDATE: 5/8/2026 11:15am – Operators were able to fix the sensor issue and working to fill water tanks.
