1:30PM UPDATE: Repair is complete and water should be back on soon.
8:30AM UPDATE: Repair will begin Tuesday, November, 22 at 9AM. Expect water to be off for most members around the Wagontire valley.
The water main line repair is that was scheduled for today is currently on hold, but should resume later today or tomorrow. A call was made prior to scheduling this repair but One-Call has not been out to mark utilities near the excavation area. We will update this post as the repair progresses.
Please conserve your water use and thank your for your patience while this issue is addressed.
We have found there is a leak on the main water line on Wagontire Drive that needs to be addressed. OEC will be repairing the line on Monday, November 21 beginning at 8AM. Most members will experience no water or low pressure until the repair is finished so please plan accordingly.
Everyone has probably heard about mail being stolen from our neighbors’ and friends’ mailboxes, or experienced it yourself. It’s very frustrating and an invasion of privacy. Since many of our CBWA members have rural mailboxes, we seem to be more likely targets for thieves. If you haven’t heard of UPSP Informed Delivery, it’s free and worth checking out. This service won’t prevent theft, but it is helpful to know what mail is coming.
Informed Delivery, offered by the United States Post Office, emails a digitalpreview of your mail to your computer or mobile device before it arrives. You’ll receive greyscale images of the address side of letter-sized mail pieces. There are some other features as well but this one in particular may benefit some of our members.

The CBWA Board Meetings are normally held the 2nd Tuesday of each month but for February the meeting has been rescheduled. We’ll reconvene Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 7:00PM. Thanks and stay healthy!
