We’re excited to announce that Clarks Branch Water Association is launching a new billing system designed to make managing your water account easier and more convenient!
With our new online billing system, members will have access to a variety of convenient features, including the ability to:
- View your current and past water bills
- New invoice layout thats easy to read and includes more account details
- Make payments online
- Access your billing statements
- Manage account notifications
- Go paperless and receive your bills electronically
- Conveniently manage your account from your computer or mobile device
Get Your Paperless Billing Discount!
Paper bills will continue to be mailed to members who prefer them. However, if you create an online account and sign up for paperless billing, you’ll receive a $1.35 discount on each bill!
Getting Started Is Easy
Your next bill will look a little different when it arrives in the mail. You can use the QR Code under Payment Options to create your online account. You can always access it later at cbwater.net by clicking “My Account” in the top-right corner.
