Clark’s Branch Water Association water treatment plant is currently experiencing a power outage like most of the area. At this time, Pacific Power is stating power is expected to be restored around 3:30 PM.

To help maintain adequate water supply and system pressure for everyone — especially for emergency services — we ask all customers to please conserve water until power is restored.
