The new water tank is in the process of going online and Optimum Environmental Corporation (OEC), our plant operators, have a Contact Time (CT) Study scheduled for tomorrow.

A CT study measures two vital factors to ensure proper water treatment: the Concentration (C) of a disinfectant (such as chlorine) and the effective Time (T) the water is exposed to it. This study ensures our water system meets federal and state environmental standards.

OEC employees will be checking flow at 851 Wagontire and possibly locations along the water system. Members should see No Service Interruption. The plant continues treating and delivering water as normal without any shutdowns.
